It is said that every man has a guardian angel…

It is said that every man has a guardian angel, even if not everyone can see or hear him. He does not wear bright wings like in icons and does not speak loudly. Most of the time, the angel makes itself felt in silence.

In a quiet village lived a man named Elijah, a simple man with many worries and little faith. Life had tried him to the full: he had lost loved ones, he had worked hard and often fell asleep with a tired soul. He often said:
– I’m alone. Nobody can see me.

One winter evening, on a slippery road, Elijah tripped and almost fell into a precipice. For a moment he felt an unseen hand pull him back. There was no one around. Just the silence and the wind. He stood still, his heart pounding, not understanding what had happened.

In the days that followed, he began to notice little things:
a delay that saved him from an accident,
a good thought that stopped a hard word,
a tear that brought him peace instead of riot.

One night, dreaming, he saw a gentle light and heard a soundless voice:
“You were never alone.” I was there for you when you cried, when you fell and when you thought you couldn’t do it anymore.

Elijah woke up with wet eyes and a light heart. Then he understood: the guardian angel does not save you from suffering, but helps you not to get lost in it.

Since then, whenever life presses him, Elijah whispers:
“Thank you for being here.”

Perhaps you, too, have sometimes felt an unexpected calm, a borderline rescue, or a good thought that appeared just in time.
It’s no accident. Your guardian angel is watching, even when you have forgotten to believe.

Sometimes the greatest proof of God’s love is precisely the silent care of your angel.
